Title: Warehouse Replenishing Associate

Location: 4332 Empire Rd., Ft Worth, TX 76155

Reports to: Warehouse Manager

Position Summary:

The Warehouse Replenishment Associate is responsible for the accurate, timely and safe handling of incoming and outgoing inventory.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receive, stock and replenish inventory utilizing a forklift for preparation of order fulfillment
  • Load incoming/outgoing product utilizing a forklift but may include lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Verify receiving/shipping documents and accurate product counts
  • Operate packaging and material movement equipment such as forklift and shrink wrap machine
  • Must have the ability to operate forklift equipment reaching heights of up to 30 feet
  • Must have the ability to effectively communicate throughout the order fulfillment process
  • Capable of working overtime as needed
  • Utilizing product knowledge to correctly fulfill orders, escalating issues as needed
  • Work efficiently to attain goals
  • Perform any other project/task as assigned by Management

  • Wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) when required
  • Comply with all AIB policy and procedures
  • High school diploma/GED equivalent
  • Warehouse environment experience preferred
  • Familiar with basic computer/tablet functions
  • Basic math skills to include addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
  • Reading comprehension and ability to communicate in writing
  • A sense of energy, passion, integrity, and personal responsibility
  • Ability to promote a positive work atmosphere
  • Proactive, organized, accurate, and eye for detail
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
