Here’s what you can expect from our industry-leading warranty program
NCCO stands by the quality of our DateCodeGenie by providing an industry-leading warranty program to protect against manufacturing and workmanship defects. That level of protection comes standard when you purchase any of our DateCodeGenie devices.
For the DateCodeGenie 2.0, X2, X22, X23, and DateCodeGenie Fit, our standard warranty lasts for two years. The warranty for our DateCodeGenie Lite lasts for one year. Our DateCodeGenie accessories, including but not limited to scales, scanners, and temperature probes, are not covered by this warranty program.

Add an extra layer of confidence with our extended warranty program
When you opt in to our extended warranty program, your device gains an additional year of protection. But that’s not all.
As part of our extended warranty program, we’ll also make sure your productivity goes uninterrupted while your DateCodeGenie undergoes repairs. If your DateCodeGenie requires fixing, we’ll ship you a loaner device within 24 hours to fill in until your device is ready to go.
Once you receive your repaired DateCodeGenie, use our prepaid shipping label to return the device we loaned you. We’ll take it from there. It’s as easy as that.
