- Salary : $90k – $110k per year [depending on experience]
- Annual Incentive Pay: 5% target of earned base salary

Position Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing company-wide projects, including digital product development projects from ideation through implementation. Utilizing agile methodologies and project management best practices, the Project Manager will define objectives, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, manage project milestones, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. The ideal candidate will be a passionate self-starter who possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills and an innate talent for problem-solving.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Project Lifecycle Management
- Manage multiple concurrent projects from start to finish, managing dependencies, risks and critical paths.
- Collaborate with project team and key stakeholders to create mitigation plans and resolve issues to ensure project deliverables are met on time and on target.
- Manage digital product projects, focusing on agile practices, backlog management, and sprint planning.
Requirements Gathering and Roadmap Creation
- Collaborate with product, UX/UI, and development teams to define user-centric business requirements, create roadmaps, set timelines, and develop agile stories aligned with business strategy and customer needs.
- Facilitate requirements elicitation, requirements documentation and requirements understanding from all relevant stakeholders. Alternative phrasing: Gather and document requirements from stakeholders and ensure understanding.
- Communicate details of a roadmap either high-level or granular depending on the audience and what they need to know. Alternative phrasing: Tailor communication of roadmaps to different audiences, providing high-level or detailed information as needed.
Agile Project Plans and Team Collaboration
- Implement and update project plans using agile project management tools, communication plans, project reports, and provide regular updates to stakeholder on activities and deliverables, as well as significant changes, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with business leaders, product teams, sales, IT development and infrastructure teams.
- Coordinate meetings and logistics to support project progress.
Continuous Improvement of Project Management Methodologies
- Continuously enhance project management methodologies, tools, templates, and processes, integrating best practices for digital product development and agile delivery.
- Ensure team members have the resources needed to complete assigned tasks on time and within budget.
Testing and Quality Assurance
- Develop and implement integration testing plans to ensure product quality, functionality, and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in testing when available and resource needs allow, to provide an additional perspective while learning the product and process.

- This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication; with the ability to engage a range of stakeholders technical developers to business leaders.
- Technical acumen in software development lifecycle; product deployment and cloud-based platforms
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and product management tools (e.g., Wrike, Jira, Confluence, Asana)
- Desire to learn and understand every aspect of projects and product offerings
Success Attributes
- Experience creating 3rd party Request for Proposals (RFP) and managing 3rd party vendors
- Project management certification (PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM)
- Proven experience in agile project management and familiarity with digital product lifecycle and customer-centric design
- Practical experience with UX/UI design principles, wireframing, and working with designers to ensure user-centered development
- Experience tracking KPIs and using data analytics to guide project prioritization and assess project impact.
