Position Summary:
As IT Applications Support at NCCO Brand Fulfillment, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional
technical support to our organization’s team members with a focus on supporting our business-critical
applications which include e-commerce. This role involves troubleshooting a variety of technical issues with a focus on software, providing support,t and ensuring seamless operation of our business applications. Additionally, the role will be a part of managing the lifecycle of application upgrades and implementations. Finally, the role will also assist in the creation of documentation for end-user instructions and participate in
training.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent guidance and assistance to users on business software applications and system
    functionality including installation, configuration and usage to employees and stakeholders.
  • Install, configure, and maintain key business applications used by internal teams.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot application performance issues, track support records and analyze data to identify patterns of common issues.
  • Ensure software systems are functioning correctly and perform routine maintenance tasks ensuring
    minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors to resolve application and system issues.
  • Assist in the testing and implementation of new software and other critical business applications
  • Document support requests and resolutions in a ticketing system, ensuring thorough communication with end-users.
  • Effectively communicate with business users and other IT staff to resolve issues and provide support.
  • Participate in ongoing projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations.
  • Assist in implementing IT policies, standards, and best practices to enhance overall efficiency.
  • Assist with supporting desktops, laptops, and mobile devices as needed.
  • Educate and support users with IT best practices, including security, data protection, and application usage
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support as required.

Qualifications / Skills / Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent
    experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support, technical support, or a similar role supporting business critical
    applications.
  • Strong understanding of common business software applications and related tools.
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, networking, and security fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems, change management, and incident resolution best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with and effective use of project and task management tools such as Wrike.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional customer service skills and the ability to organize and prioritize
    tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Motivated to listen and learn and work well in a team environment

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of supporting business critical applications and the Microsoft 365 suite of products.
  • Experience in a distribution, fulfillment, or manufacturing environment.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL, CSTE, PMP)
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and integration projects.
  • Experience in SQL Server, MySQL or PostgreSQL for managing and querying databases is a Plus.
  • Business Applications: Epicor Kinetic, Microsoft D365, ePS Radius, Magento, Chili Publish, Hybrid
    CloudFlow is a Plus.
