Title: Fulfillment Associate

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Reports to: Warehouse Manager

Position Summary:

The Fulfillment Associate position consists of working in a warehouse environment receiving, picking, packing, inspecting and shipping customer orders. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Select, inspect and package products for shipment based on customer orders
  • Use technology, including computers and tablets, to sort, and prepare orders
  • Survey items for damage or defects
  • Keep products separated, organized, and in good rotation
  • Follow safety protocols and report problems to mitigate safety issues
  • Operate various pieces of equipment, such as pallet jacks, pallet wraps, forklifts, and carts
  • Utilize a continuous improvement mindset and assist in identifying opportunities to increase efficiency
  • Stock shelves and racks with new or transferred merchandise and maintain products in an organized manner to facilitate inventory and shipping processes
  • Dispose of damaged, defective, excess, or obsolete stock items
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies by cycle counting
  • Investigate unshipped orders
  • Audit unshipped orders
  • Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work area
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Must have:

  • Ability to speak and read the English language
  • Ability to understand and follow directions
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to communicate and interact with all levels of team members within the organization
  • Ability to commit to a schedule of Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm with possible overtime
  • Possess a high attention to detail
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years prior material handling experience
  • Physical endurance and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
  • Tolerance for repetitive activity

  • Forklift Certification a plus
