Position Summary

As a member of the Enterprise Sales Team, the Enterprise Account Manager works closely with the enterprise sales team members to deeply understand our existing accounts’ business and growth goals and to identify new accounts. The Enterprise Account Manager supports all NCCO Enterprise products and services and engages directly with accounts to build relationships and cross-sell in accordance with the Enterprise sales strategy to achieve profitable revenue growth goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Liaise between accounts and internal partners to ensure adoption of established NCCO Enterprise policies and best practices.
  • Oversee assigned accounts to monitor and ensure compliance in accordance with all agreements.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of all NCCO Enterprise products and services to sell and support the full portfolio, including core items through food service distribution.
  • Collaborate with the enterprise sales and marketing team to stay current with industry and market trends and to maintain an understanding of account history, sales performance, and product gaps.
  • Analyze purchase patterns and trends by account to identify revenue generating opportunities.
  • Strategize with national sales team to recommend additional products and solutions within our portfolio to established accounts.
  • Coordinate with national sales executives and marketing to schedule, prepare for and facilitate account and internal meetings to include a consistent cadence of Executive Business Reviews.
  • Resolve issues and remove obstacles that impede progress with account growth and development.
  • Engage category experts as needed to introduce new features and benefits to ensure products, programs, and services are maximized by our accounts.
  • Generate leads for new business independently and by collaborating with the marketing team.
  • Proficient in reporting systems to analyze account purchase history, support business reviews and to prepare, analyze, and deliver accurate and timely reports as needed.
  • Evaluate and suggest process refinements; define and develop fresh solutions where processes do not exist.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with accounts, respond promptly to inquiries and work cross functionally to exceed account expectations.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service Teams to manage account concerns, projects, and requests including quotes, new products, and programs. Process will vary based on product category.
  • Support Customer Service Teams with account communication and responses where needed to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met. Communicate final pricing quotes.
  • Update account data in Salesforce, including contact and location info, forecasts, agreements, supporting documentation, and other relevant details.
  • Manage KPIS to achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
  • Support the NCCO Enterprise Sales team as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education
Minimum four-year degree plus 5 years related experience or 10+ years relatable experience.
